Not a lecture series. A working project...

This project lives in rooms, not slideshows. Over the upcoming months, youth from across the Nordic-Baltic region will sit down with experts, test ideas against real scenarios, argue out what actually works, and hand policymakers something they can't ignore. It's less about being told what resilience looks like, and more about building it yourself, alongside people who'll be affected by the same threats you are. Here are the two major events you can be part of today!

Who is in the room

Young people from across the Nordic-Baltic region, aged 16–25 and up. Priority goes to member organizations of National Youth Councils and youth NGOs — but the room is also open to youth activists and anyone who cares enough about peace and security to show up and do the work.

Upcoming events

Youth+Experts | October 17, 2026

The event will gather young people and experts together to work through real-world challenges. Around 50 participants will meet in Vilnius for:

  • Hybrid-threat simulations — testing how you'd actually respond, not just how you'd describe responding

  • AI disinformation challenges — pressure-testing draft training materials against real manipulation tactics

  • Community resilience workshops, run together with local NGOs and youth councils

(Final program will be published October 5)

The goal: refine what's working, and decide together which priorities are worth carrying forward to the Final Forum.

Travels and stay in Vilnius costs for youth participants are covered !

Final Forum | February 12-13, 2027

The Final Forum will bring together 120–150 young people from across the Nordic-Baltic region for a day of immersive crisis simulations, interactive workshops, and collaborative discussions.

Participants will have the opportunity to put their skills and ideas into practice, connect with other young people from the region, and explore different approaches to building resilience. (more details about the Final Forum will follow after the Youth + Experts meeting in Vilnius on October 17)

Registration opens October 23. Register your interest here
